Start up plan

Hello there,

OK today i decided to set with me seriously and come up with an plan and i need to be committed about it. from tomorrow i will

- stop the sugar totally for two weeks and i want to see the effect
- No Potato chips as well for the coming two weeks
- start walking everyday for half an hour to start with
- drink lots of water

Chocolate,  biscuits & chips is something i eat regularly & more than one time a day, so you can call it a challenge for me but i will do it.

I'm not yet ready to share my weight at this stage but by the end of week one will get you an update.

reaching the edge

here i am struggling with my weight feeling sad and hopeless, doing nothing about it only being angry at myself for being so weak, i only think i want to lose weight but i dont' do anything about it or the opposite i end-up eating more. what do you think i should do?
